The journalist, author and blogger Anja Schreiber is an enthusiastic self-publisher. With her articles, books, presentations and workshops, she is a keen supporter of people trying to realise their professional dreams. She studied German Studies, Theology and Religious Studies in Berlin and Vienna. She has been self-published since 2015 and writes companion books to professional (re-)orientation and personal development. Her latest book Entfessle Dein Selbst durch Journaling was published during the lockdown in April 2020. Her other books include Die Sehnsuchtsstrategie für Studierende und Hochschulabsolventen and So Promovieren Sie Richtig. Since 2011, Anja Schreiber has run her own blog on the subjects of studies and careers, and has been active as a freelance specialised journalist for two decades. Additionally, she leads workshops. Webinars and gives talks, for example at the Berlin Students’ Union, as well as at the BUCH Berlin or the Leipzig book fair. Moreover, she is engaged with the Self-Publishers’ Union, whose regional meetings in Berlin the organises and where she is also a moderator.
