Aurélie Maurin is the head of the TOLEDO-Program of the Deutscher Übersetzungsfond e.V., for which she initiated the Journals, Cities of Translators, and Toledo Talks series, as well as the JUNIVERS poetry translators’ meeting. In 2020 she – together with Ulf Stolterfoht – was the art director of the Lyrikertreffen in Münster. In addition, she is a poetry translator and editor (most recently: “Apollo 18” published by Das Wunderhorn, 2021). She was a spokesperson for the Coalition of Berlin’s independent scene and a juror for the Berlin Senate’s working grants for literature and for the City-Tax-cultural funds. Aside from that, she is also a musician.
