Your funded project is up and running. But how do you keep an eye on costs and expenses? Based on the submitted financial plan this workshop will give you practical advice and tools to keep your finances under control. What could an excel spreadsheet look like? What do I have to consider right from the start in terms of accounting? How do I deal with a cash box? Roger Christmann will introduce you to controlling for artistic projects and help you design your own spreadsheet for it.
